Aamir Khan’s Dangal is creating sensational records in China. The movie is growing strength to strength in the neighboring country. The movie has crossed the 170 Million Mark and is growing strong. At this rate, the movie is expected to cross the 2000 Crore Worldwide Gross which will make the film the first ever Indian film to touch the 2000 Crore mark. Dangal with its Stupendous Performance in China helped the movie to reclaim the Biggest Hit of Indian Cinema Status from SS Rajamouli’s Magnum Opus film, Baahubali-2. Now, all hopes are on Baahubali-2 Chinese Release to get back the record.
Foreign movies need to seek permission from the Chinese government and only a limited number of movies get permission each year. Arka Media tied up with a big Chinese Distributor E-star for the first part and released the movie in Mainland China in nearly 4000 screens but it bombed like anything. The distribution house lost all its investment on the film and they are skeptical about the second part. So, the producers had a hard time to convince the Chinese distributors about Baahubali-2. The movie will release in China in July through the same distributor as the movie’s Part One. 2000 Crore Gross may be easy for Baahubali-2 if at all things work out in China.
