It can be a simple jogging to skipping to any flexible movement of the body. fitness, concentration, focus, coordination along with positive energy” Mr Chandra shekar .
About the Concept:
Parents and educators both have a vested interest in children’s literacy. Educational Institutes across the country have relied on the some sporting activities for their PE classes for decades. But, while traditional lesson plans get children moving, they might not be keeping them interested in sports and fitness in the long run. By incorporating non-traditional sports into Physical Education classes, students are exposed to a whole new world of physical activity. This can help them stay engaged in class, become more interested in their health, and even find the sport they want to practice for the rest of their lives.
JGI Schools have joined hands with Physical Literacy Program –India to promote Sports Knowledge for long-term sports and athlete development. . Physical Literacy is the mastering of essential movement skills and object control skills that permit a child to read their environment and make appropriate decisions. By extension, this can enable them to move confidently and command a broad range of situations that involve physical activity, and hopefully, encourage exercise and activity as they age.
