One latest buzz in film circles is creating ripples among filmy buffs, making many feel jealous. As per the confidential reports, it is heard that producer Lagadapati Sreedhar is going to bag the Telugu theatrical rights of Kamal Haasan’s most-awaiting “Uttama Villain”. He’s pretty confident that producer Linguswamy would sell the rights to him given that the duo’s last venture Sikander too bought by Lagadapati and paid a hefty price.
“Lagadapati Sreedhar is visiting Chennai after the audio launch of Krishnamma Kalipindi Iddarini being held at Vijayawada and going to settle the issue with Linguswamy. He’ is keen to bag the theatrical rights of Uttama Villain,” said a source in the know.
Though Sreedhar suffered a huge loss in the form of Suriya- Samantha starrer
” Sikander”, he is hoping that Kamal Hasan’s magic would bring out him from losses . Already the film’s trailer featuring Kamal in myriad roles touched the nerves of masses and raised the expectations on the film. The movie directed by Crazy Mohan marks the last film of veteran director K. Balachander who played significant role in the film.
