Young Rebel Prabhas weighed almost 130 kgs when he was shooting for ‘Baahubali – The Beginning’. For attaining the bulk look, He used to workout at least 6 hours a day which include One-and-a-Half Hours each Cardio & Weight Training. He also followed a strict diet during this period – 40 Egg Whites which were half boiled & mixed with protein powder for Breakfast. His diet also include nuts, veggies, fish & etc., He skipped rice completely and used to have meals after ever two hours.
Interestingly, Prabhas opted for a local fitness trainer even though he is capable of hiring an International expert. Most importantly, He is very much content with the results achieved so far.
