Maverick director Ram Gopal Varma has set a new record for himself with his upcoming film, ‘365 days’. The censor formalities of this film has been completed recently and it happens to be the first film in his over two-decade career to have been cleared by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with a clean ‘U’ certificate.
RGV who is known for his mafia backdrops, horror flicks, more bloodshed, criminal thrillers and extra romance, is attempting a total pure romantic genre without any violence for the first time. The film, which features Nandoo and Anaika Soti in the lead, is about how a couple hurry in to marriage but part their ways in just 365 days of time.
Despite the sizzling glamour show of heroine Anaika Soti in a song which was released before, it’s quiet interesting that this film is certified with a ‘U’ certificate. “365 days naa 25 yella film careerlo mottamodhati U certificate chitram ..indhulo prema anuraagalu bandhalu thappa crimu rakthapaathalu levu”, said Ram Gopal Varma on Twitter.
The movie is said to be made with a budget of 4 crores. Sudheer Chandra is producing the film under ZED 2 pictures production Banner and the music for the movie is composed by Nag Srivasthav. It is confirmed that the film will be hitting screens on May 15th. Hope atleast this film will provide the required hit for RGV!!
